Below there are two projects which give a glance of my inter-personal skills. My experience at the University also showed me a lot of good aspects of working in a group and developing projects together with other people.  The projects I worked on which can be viewed below relate to two aspects of construction which are modern methods of construction and the aspect of government construction strategy and our group experience relating to the coursework one in that module.

 

 

 

We had to separate roles in the team, contributing to skills of our own and also giving life to our inter-personal skills.  The use of wiki and of the discussion board was also a very good action we took as a team. Every time we had meetings we took record of them and we posted our individual work in the file exchange, as well as in the file wiki.
